Enjoyed very much the stay because of the excellent friendly service

The service of everyone working in the palace

The room needs renovation. There has to be non smoking rooms and non smoking areas. There are no sugar free non caffeinated drinks such as 7 up. Need to provide freeshuttle service to and from airport, which is a 10 minute drive. Need to have fat free milky

Staff is excellent, very professional, friendly and trying to help making the stay great experience. The resort is evolving since our visit last year by adding new facilities, e.g. aqua park. The room was amazing with wonderful view.

beautiful place, exceptionally well maintained, cleaned constantly. very helpful staff all round , great coral reef for snorkeling, all inclusive meant exactly that.

A wonderful stay

Everything was really so amazing, the food the room the hospitality...even the whole staff whether in lobby or bar or the restaurant or at pool and beach were so friendly and very helpful and they fulfilled all our requests in the best way we can asked for..... U can also play mini golf or tennis for 1 hour for free every day during your stay and the the whole environment is so relaxing.... Best recommended hotel for relaxing vacation.... It exceeds all our expectations

perfect, exactly what I needed

It was just perfect, exactly what we needed. Located right next to the marina, few minutes walking, where you can buy souvenirs and book trips.The property itself was very spacious with a variety of dinners that you can choose from each meal, with lots of food options that fit every diet and preference. the animation team was active, lots of activities throughout the day. the pool was nice and warm, there was a sandy beach option as well. staff were super nice, hospitable and helpful especially Mr. Mina, they were really trying so hard to make our stay memorable.

Not a major thing but the blackouts were a bit sheer and sunlight would heavily enter the room, which is awesome for some people but if you like to sleep in pitch black, your sleep may get interrupted. I enjoyed nevertheless.

Amazing, unexpected, totally worth it, I wish I could stay longer

coral reef right off the beach, amazing and very attentive staff, forward to beyond excellent, especially Indian, food - better than we had in India, beautiful hotel overall

Top beach holiday !

This was our first visit to the Red Sea and we loved it, the hotel was very spacious and the restaurants offered a good varied choice with the grilled shrimps and fish being a big hit ! `All areas of the hotel were well maintained especially the beach, all the staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room had a fantastic pool/sea view. We ordered an airport taxi transfer through the hotel which was great. We will definitely return..the easiest most relaxing holiday ever. It was nice having Port Ghalib 2 mins away to wander around.

We liked everything ! We were as bit unlucky the first few days as it was windy (but with the windbreaks on the beach you were protected)but the second week was absolutely perfect.
